Cheeky Water Conservation Ads

Brazilian "Xixi No Banho" Advocates Peeing in the Shower

This hilarious commercial is part of a Brazilian ad campaign to promote peeing in the shower to save water. F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi from Sao Paulo are the creators of the cheeky “Xixi no Banho” clip.

Through the voices of little shouting kids, everyone including aliens, ghosts and sports stars, is encouraged to join in the water conservation trend to leave the loo for poo (I don’t believe I just said that).

The ad finishes with a rationalization that every flush of a toilet uses 12 liters of water and by fully utilizing their shower time, the average Brazilian, or alien, can save 4380 liters of water a year.
