London Cycling Campaign's 'Bike Tube' for Subway Commuters

There may be strikes at the London Tube in the near future, and as it is the main form of transportation for thousands of workers, the London Cycling Campaign saw it as an opportunity and created Bike Tube.

Bike Tube is an opportunity for Londoners who would usually ride the tube to come into the city by bicycle. The organizers recognized some peoples' hesitation stemmed from fears of riding by themselves, so they are listing locations for people to meet up and cycle into the city.

The less experienced riders can feel safe riding with a large group of perhaps more experienced riders. The London Cycling Campaign is also distributing maps for safe arrivals.
