Eating Well & Working Out in ‘How to Become Happy' by Joe Lally

Food is a source of happiness for many people. Sweets and candy in particular are considered a guilty pleasure because they taste so good but contain a high amount of calories.

Photographer Joe Lally offers a solution to this dilemma in his editorial ‘How To Become Happy’ in the new June 2009 ‘The Boys Power Issue’ of U_Mag. His advice is to indulge yourself with eating the candy and sweets you want. But after you do that, you need to work out and exercise to burn these calories off.

Young model Andrey Ivanov shows us how to do that in some sparkling and fancy workout gear.
