Suntory Midorie Makes Urban Areas of Japan Greener

Japan-based company, Suntory Midorie, developed this new type of wall-garden called the Hana no Kabe, which translates to “flower wall”. With a new material called pacfal, Suntory Midorie is replacing natural soil with a synthetic soil that is lighter and ensures optimal growth of the plants.

Already blooming in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe, these gardens are perfect for the narrow spaces in the urban areas of the Japan.
