This awesome set of photographs is from the famed photographer Richard Avedon. The series is called “In Search Of Comfort," and pairs models with skeletons in a macabre twist.
The models do a tremendous job; I would find posing with a skeleton far too creepy. Even looking at the position of some of the hands makes me a bit squeamish.
The end result is, however, very effective and you find yourself having to look at the pictures in more detail.
