Trend Hunter has featured various forms of taxidermy as art, but these pieces are, in my opinion, among the best. They come from American artists Elizabeth McGrath, whose entire portfolio has a haunted and eerie feel.
They could not be more up my street. I have featured pieces from the Incurable Disorder gallery for this post. I love the old, nautical look, with antlers being used to hoist sails, bodies of animals used like cruise liners and deer inked with navy-style tattoos.
