The Endangered Species Shoes

Puma, Atmos and photographer Mitsuaki Iwago have teamed up to bring you the PUMA x Atmos Endangered Species Collection, which includes six shoes featuring endangered animals. The collection is made up of the Polar Pack and the Asia Pack, each of which has three different shoe designs inspired by photos taken by Mitsuo Iwago who works for National Geography.

"Each shoe captures the unique characteristics of a specific animal and has a high quality image of Mr. Iwago's prized photography printed on the removable insole," Dexigner says. "The name and habitat of each animal is on the reverse tongue and the out sole in both English and Japanese. The shoes were created in hopes of bringing attention to the impact human activity has on these endangered animals."

The Polar Pack went on sale June 28th and the Asia pack comes out later this summer.
