A world's first, the Whale Shark Fashion Shoot involves models posing alongside these gentle giants from the sea. After visiting a small fishing village in the Philippines, Oslob, photographer Shawn Heinrichs was astounded to see how fishermen had befriended the creatures by feeding them shrimp. Wanting to bring a new perspective to the beauty of this endangered species, he teamed up with fashion and wildlife photographer Kristian Schmidt to put together a unique photoshoot.
Starring models Roberta Mancino and Hannah Fraser, the Whale Shark Fashion Shoot was whimsically styled by Fazli Krasniqi.
