The Gost Barefoots Are Metallic and Wired

The Gost Barefoots slip on shoes have added yet another dimension to the barren shoe movement. Runners and outdoor campers have preferred the thin designs for their breathability, allowing them to become one with nature in a sense.

This particular line of footwear follows this very theme with a medieval twist. The chains are perforated, allowing one's foot to interact with the ground while also protecting it from harsh temperatures, various liquids and humidity. According to designer Jorg Peitzker, the foot contains numerous never endings, and these should never be compromised by rubber, cloth, wood or any other material that is often place across shoes. The German company also promises that it is the most open of current footwear options.
