The Romero Britto Porsche 911 Debuts at the 2012 Art Basel Miami

Gearheads with an eye for art will love the Romero Britto Porsche 911. The Brazilian-American pop artist put his special touch on Porsche's topless sports car for the 2012 Art Basel Festival in Miami, Florida. The colorful car is reminiscent of the recent BMW art cars created by American artist Jeff Koons. Speaking of BMW, the German luxury automaker is the official sponsor of the event.

The Romero Britto Porsche 911 features colorful images of dogs, cats, humans and much, much more. The roadster was commissioned by Champion Motorsport in Pompano Beach, Florida. The Sunshine State (that would be Florida) is surprisingly the place to be if you love art cars. The Sharpie Lamborghini (seen in the related trends) was commissioned by Prestige Imports and Lamborghini Miami.
