The third consecutive collaboration “The Surrealist Ideal” by Erik Madigan Heck displays the Mary Katrantzou Fall/Winter collection with a dreamlike twist.

Known for the intricate patterns in her garment design, Katrantzou reigns supreme in creating revolutionary prints. Her collaboration with Madigan brings her designs to the elated state of wearable art with surrealist imagery.

The series was inspired by early surrealist works such as those of the Russian painter Mark Chagall.
