The Dior The VIII Grand Bal Watch Takes Flight

Beautiful feathers are carefully placed on the watch face set of the Dior The VIII Grand Bal timepiece. Created by the French couture house Dior, these watches are part of the Grand Bal line, which launched last year. The haute couture watches are made from ceramic, decked out in diamonds inspired by the dancing belles of renowned French balls.

Available in white mother-of-pearl or black, the timepieces use the delicate feathers embellished with a delicate pizzazz. Each watch is set with 203 glistening diamonds that end up weighing about 0.89 carats. Though these luxury accessories are limited, with only 88 pieces in production by the artisan watchmakers, they are a must-have item of the season. Any one of the Dior The VIII Grand Bal collection would add a sophisticated elegance to a fashionista's wrist.
