The rumored Maison Martin Margiela for H&M collaboration has been confirmed with the release of a video that is as mysterious as the fashion house itself. Although it is unlikely the famed designer will be involved with the collection, the designs are expected to reflect his avant-garde aesthetics.

The thirty-second preview starts off with a film noir-like countdown that transitions into an overhead shot of a man sketching a winter coat. The collection will include clothing and accessories for both men and women. The collection is set to launch November 15, 2012 and will be distributed to approximately 230 stores worldwide.

Many are curious on what sorts of designs this collection will entail. Fans of Margiela will be hoping for deconstructed masterpieces evident throughout the designer's career.
