Protection Chair is a Perch for Personal Reflection and Solitary Solace

Different settings, people and circumstances require very different things from a chair, and what the Protection Chair provides is undoubtedly unique. You wouldn't find it at a desk or at the dining table, but more likely within a self-reflective context.

Adam Jesberger designed this unique piece of furniture as an answer to the challenge of merging two dissimilar ideas: one aesthetic and the other contemplative. A sleek modern style using beautifully bent stained wood and clean lines was used to express the experience of overcoming conflict.

The result is an armchair with a round backrest that wraps about 320 degrees around the sitter. While seated on the circular cushion of the Protection Chair, the sitter is quite closed off to his surroundings, allowing him to ponder privately without the stress and distraction of his outer world.
