Even though environmental costs are not on everybody's mind with each purchase made, Evocative takes steps to make them so by reducing our ecological footprint with EcoCradle mushroom packaging.
As a sustainable replacement for materials like polystyrene (Styrofoam) that remain in landfills for prolonged periods of time, mushroom packaging is a way for companies to deliver products in responsible fashion. Grown, not manufactured, the packaging is produced with cotton hulls spiked with mushroom root, mycelium, then allowed to grow within a specific mold shape. Dell, PUMA and Crate & Barrel are all potential companies to make the switch, for some of their products at least.
Currently priced at no additional cost for companies to use EcoCradle mushroom packaging, there is so much reason to believe that Evocative will make it big.
