The Comme Des Garcons Fall/Winter 2012 collection premiered at the famous Paris Fashion Week event and took the runway by storm. Neon has been all the rage for the past few years and these models rocked the bright-colored look all the way down the catwalk.

The models have been draped in long, cloak-like dresses that almost look like high-end Snuggies. While some are a solid color, a few others have been decorated with floral and camouflage print. What really makes these models stand out is their outrageous haircuts; they are taking it all the way back to third grade when bowl cuts were all the rage. However, these girls have managed to one-up that by dying their hair with neon colors. It appears as if these models dipped their heads in a bucket of paint right before hitting the runway.
