Varier Brain-Designed Furniture Heads to the Future of Design

The Varier brain-designed furniture is an intelligent new twist on customized furniture. The Scandinavian furniture manufacturer Varier has teamed up with DIST Creative to build an engaging design. The Varier brain-designed furniture uses mind-blowing technology from B-Reel, which actually monitors brain activity.

Varier wanted to create the most mentally stimulating furniture for children, so they set out on numerous tests to find the perfect structure. After settling on the unorthodox structural design that promotes the most blood-flow to the brain, it was time for Varier to get creative and inspire. The designers were able to do this with the help of DIST, who mapped out brainwave activity in a select few children while preforming their favorite tasks on the furniture. After having these brainwaves on file, Varier was able to get designing and let the brain take the design where it wanted to go -- the result is Varier brain-designed furniture.
