The impressive animated waterfall can be found in the South Gate Building of Japan's largest mall, and is definitely an upgrade from the standard digital clock display found in most public shopping centers.

Showing not only the time, but also a variety of patterns and designs, onlookers are in for a treat when walking by this water-spouting installation. Using H2O and a series of lighting effects, the wall of the South Gate Building is transformed into a magical animated display. After seeing this video of the Osaka Station City fountain, I can't help but hope for similar waterfall installations to pop up in cities around the world!
