Whimsical Chocoholic Nuptials

Kay English's Willy Wonka-Inspired Wedding Shoot is for Sweet Tooths

Kay English, a well-known wedding photographer, took inspiration from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory to conceive, execute and style a confectionary wedding.

The photographer focused on using a palette of bright purple that was seen cohesively throughout the staged shoot.

Kay English also incorporated edible accessories and decor. The bride carried two bouquets, one made of chocolate and the other made of purple rock candy (both were integrated with flowers). The tables were adorned with jars of sprinkles, gumballs and giant swirl lollipops that popped against the patterned tablecloths. The groom paid tribute to Mr. Wonka with his purple top hat, suspenders and cane. Of course, no Wonka-inspired wedding would be complete without a wedding invite to mimic the infamous Golden Ticket.

Kay English's Willy Wonka vision was delivered perfectly and satisfies sweet tooths.
