Unfortunately, they seem to have really dropped the ball in their complete overhaul of the Job Interview process. Some wacko decided it would be a good idea to screen candidates with.... RIDDLES. How they think being good at brain teasers will help a Programmer with his coding is beyond me. The scary thing is, many other companies have since followed suit, adopting the new Job Interview 2.0 process in their own recruitment methodology.... and the Riddle Job Interview Question is here to stay - at least for now.
