Faux Giantography

David DiMichele Creates Fake Larger-Than-Life Installations

The idea behind these massive art installations is adding that surreal aspect to things that tend to already be surreal.

The standard art exhibit always invokes thought in mysterious ways but David DiMichele is trying to expand on that with these larger-than-life exhibits that are a part of his Pseudo-Documentary series.

The photos feature absolutely huge shards of glass, giant piles of salt and coal and a room of different sized boxes. It’s a stretch of the imagination and definitely thought provoking material. Too bad it’s not real.
