Last week's Art Cars Festival on the United States' West Coast featured some amazing cars. An art car is a road-legal car that has been artistically altered in a permanent fashion. What's more, to qualify as an art car, it must be used for daily driving--for example, going to the supermarket or to visit friends. There are around 500 of these art cars that are currently road legal in the US.
