Guerrilla Glass Art

'Bottle Banksy' Strikes England

A mystery artist, dubbed both the "Pic-glasso" and the "bottle Banksy," has been removing empty glass milk bottles from doorsteps in Stourbridge, England and then returning the bottles with elaborate pictures etched on them.

The amazing artwork includes scratchings of farmyard scenes and animals.

After the anonymous artist's glass bottles sparked a flutter of buzz through the community, 30-year-old Charlotte Hughes-Martin finally 'fessed up to creating the etchings.

The artist said her motivation was a desire to show how "domestic, everyday objects can be things of beauty too."
