15 Meter Tall Spiders

La Machine Theatre Robots

A 15 meter tall mechanical spider has been spotted on the side of an unused office block in Liverpool, England. The 37 tonne robot is a character in a five day street theatre that is believed to start on Friday. The robot will walk through the streets, exploring the city in what is set to be a spectacular event.

The spider has been built by French company, La Machine, who put on the spectacular Sultan's Elephant show in London in 2006. Watch the video of this earlier show here, it is guaranteed to make your jaw drop!
