The Flash Diet

A new study has shown that those who take pictures of what they’re eating stick more carefully to their diet than those who won't.

I guess our human, me-centric minds have evolved to “forget” the truth so that we can live less stressful lives. In other words, we sort of forget how bad last night’s pizza binge actually was.

By taking a photo, we have a visual diary, a tale that doesn’t lie. In essence, it’s a good way to guilt ourselves into eating healthy. The good news is that it doesn’t require any special meals, books, or calculators. Just a simple camera that almost everyone already has.
