Jennifer Lopez is proving how quickly a new mom can regain her figure with the right motivation by training for the upcoming Nautica Malibu Triathlon at Zuma Beach. The triathlon is taking place on September 13-14, and proceeds will go to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. The event features a half-mile swim, eighteen-mile ride and four-mile run.
J. Lo gave birth to twins Max and Emme in February. From the looks of these photos, she’s hard at work.
