If you use the baby duster for its intended purpose, this is flat out a horrible invention.
The baby and the costume are both adorable, but to use the kid as a make-shift duster just can't be healthy -- unless it's serving as a poster ad for the evils of child labor.
On the more positive side though, it could make a great Hallowe'en costume, provide padding during a fall, and might even be comfortable for the kid during nap time.
