Mango Fashion Awards 2008

Every 18 months, fashion label Mango offers young designers around the world the chance to enter the Mango Fashion Awards. The international fashion design competition has the support of five of the most influential international fashion design schools. The objective of the project is to give young designers access to a new media platform and give them the opportunity to market their collections.

Implications - Schools such as Paris' Institut Français de la Mode and London's Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design are part of the organization team that puts on this wonderful event. The featured ads for the Mango Awards display famous designers like string puppets that are made out of wood.
