The timepiece runs off of Tourbillon movement and only reveals two times - night and day. It was recently for sale at Baselworld, the watch and jewelery industry's largest annual trade fair, for an astonishing $300,000.

Some might say that a watch of this kind is a "waste of time." I, myself, agree with Mark Twain who says "Time and tide wait for no man. A pompous and self-satisfied proverb, and was true for a billion years; but in our day of electric wires and water-ballast we turn it around: Man waits not for time nor tide."
