Hi, my name is Dee and I am a...gasp.. a chocolate freak. Now I have to work twice as hard at Trend Hunter to get $2,400 for a box of chocolates. Not just any chocolate mind you. The Bespoke Chocolates service from Sir Hans Sloane Chocolate and Champagne House is about mixing and making personalized chocolates. No two patrons have the same formula. To get this supreme delight you begin by making an appointment, go to a series of interviews, (do you chew your "chocolat" or suck it slowly?) then followed by a series of tastings, (I volunteer if you can't make it!) and finally the delivery of 60 chocolates by master chocolatier Bill McCarrick. They are displayed in a handmade rosewood-and-maple inlaid box. You receive a copy of the chocolate tasting consultations plus a backup box of an extra 60 chocolates. Back up chocolate... oh yes...just laddle it on me Baby!
