Dubai Infinity Holdings is doing it again. They have announced a mixed use development to establish Dubai as a global "fashion hub." Isla Moda will combine super style and ultra luxury to attract only the top designers from around the world to mingle with the fashion elite.

It will be designed to represent The World, and the world's top fashion capitals, both countries and cities, will receive excellent representation. Isla Moda won't be a country, but a "city of fashion" instead.

"World-renowned fashion designers from each continent will be invited to design each element of the island. However, the firm did not reveal the design houses that will be involved," Catwalk Queen said.

Just like fashions are launched by season, the Isla Moda "winter collection" set of villas is scheduled to be ready for sale the end of 2008.
