It takes a lot of skill to make something that typically looks hard, like ceramic, into something that mimics the cushion-y squishiness of a pillow, but that is exactly what Kiki van Eijk has done in her aptly titled ‘Soft’ collection.
The Dutch designer has managed to mold and manipulate ceramic into lamp shades, table lamps, and candle holders that look as if they were actually made of cushy fabric.
