'A Proper Lady' Eco Mat Made From Vintage Accessories

Gloves used to be standard wear for genteel ladies, but modern fashions now ignore them. Step in, Rachel Denny who collected a ton of vintage gloves and fashioned them into a rug which she called “A Proper Lady." The rug could also be hung on the wall, perhaps as a statement for a bygone era.

Denny is a designer who admits she is “a collector of societal debris - lost mittens, glass fragments, and other touches of the human hand in unexpected places.” Her innovative work has been featured before on Trendhunter.
