Pigs That Look Like Sheep

Boris the Lincolnshire Curly Coat Pig

I love this creature, who incidentally is named Boris. He is in fact a pig in sheep's clothing. Is he trendworthy? He is very cool, and very random and darn well worth a mention!

Looking like a sheep this chap is in fact the first Lincolnshire Curly Coat pig in Britain for 37 years. The farmer that owns him hopes this will start a trend for this breed - the hardiest of all pigs and strange looking animals. This breed of pig is considered so hardy, in fact, they were exported to Hungary because they could deal with the harsh winters.

So in fact it is a green trend - where bringing back old breeds is a good thing environmentally and not just so we can look at strange looking animals!
