20 Dramatic Headpieces and Hairstyles

We rarely see women wear dramatic hair pieces anymore, except, as Roselyn Sanchez so nicely demonstrates in the above image, at weddings. Until about the last two decades, women wore hats, or, in the case of the 80s, wore their hair so big, it looked like a head piece.

Over the last year, however, it looks as though dramatic hair styles and cocky coiffures may be coming back into style, as the cluster below demonstrates. These days, weddings have become a much-embraced excuse to wear veils and enormous hairstyles, like the one Roselyn Sanchez had on her special day. If these bodacious hairstyles and accessories make it back in vogue for the mainstream, the foofy wedding look will probably lose its appeal.
