Top 30 World Trends in July

From Compact Beauty Travel Kits to Plant-Covered Parisian Hotels:

The July 2022 world trends were primarily shaped by the reemergence of global travel and, concurrently, consumers' enthusiasm for post-pandemic adventure. As a result, a wide range of tourism-related innovations, products, and services were launched this month, including sustainability-focused hotels, luxury luggage capsules, airplane-ready makeup kits, and ultra-cheap travel deals.

Not surprisingly, then, many of the most notable innovations within this collection came from the hotel and travel accommodation space. For example, French-Brazilian studio Triptyque and designer Philippe Starck opened its new luxurious vertical garden hotel in Montparnasse, Paris, which features balconies overflowing with lush greenery.

Meanwhile, Booking.com launched the 'Ultimate Elvis Experience,' an all-new travel experience created to celebrate the legacy of the beloved 50s-era singer, Elvis Presley. Elsewhere, Trailways ran an exclusive offer for Torontonians interested in attending the Pride Parade in New York City; for a limited-timed, the company began selling $75 direct-route bus tickets to Times Square.
