Fall 2009 Fashion on the runways showed skin allover. From super short skirts to thigh highs paired with panties, the theme across the board seemed to be skin, skin, skin! So, it’s no surprise that crop tops also made an appearance. Belly buttons peeked out from the creations of multiple designers!
Some designers paired crop tops with sheer underlayers, others showed belly buttons while hiding the neck and cleavage.
