Marc Jacobs SS 09 For Marley & Me Target Audience

Surely Jennifer Aniston’s new flick, Marley & Me, taking the top spot for movies attracted some kids dressed in the latest Marc Jacobs designer duds. While Marley & Me focused on adults cavorting with a puppy, and learning life lessons, we’re sure the young stars Nathan Gamble, Finley Jacobsen, Lucy Merriam and Bryce Robinson are already familiar with the Marc Jabobs line for Spring Summer 2009.

Seems that childrenswear is outperforming womenswear in the downturn. There is less competition among designers, to be sure. So while you’re enjoying Marley & Me, rest peacefully in the fact that you are helping young stars keep the kiddie fashions flowing.
