Knitted ‘Bonnet' Collection for Casalis

The remarkably photographed Bonnet collection for Casalis by Liset van der Scheer is so chic, one could mistake the images to be from a high fashion editorial shoot.

Knitted from 100% merino wool, the Bonnet’s are essentially knitted caps that fit snugly over various foam shapes to create ultra-cozy sitting possibilities.

I love the product, but it was the dramatic photographs that really caught my attention.

The modish model is posing with the cushions as if they are simply accessories. The colours and attitude of these shots are so eye-catching and current that the minimal over-sized knitted toque-covered furniture could possibly be overlooked.

However, the way I look at it is that I would notice the cool cushions but assume they were designed exclusively for the studio...imagine my excitement when I realize I can buy them for my own home!
