An upcoming Tokyo exhibit, Second Nature, will feature his “Venus” chairs grown from crystals and displayed in four large tanks of water to illustrate various stages of the growth process. The result is an enchantingly unique piece of furniture, despite the fact that it may not be suitable for actual use.
