Nike Revives the Old School Classic Waffle Racer Sneaker

— September 3, 2020 — Fashion
Nike turns to one of its earliest silhouettes to join the D/MS/X sub label for the season by updating the signature Waffle Racer sneaker silhouette. The sub label features the React Vision and the Air Force 1 sneakers as the brand continues to join elements that celebrate the brand's future and the past.

The upper is complete in a split design in terms of both color palette and material. The eyestay and the toe boxes are complete in a smooth orange nubuck material as the quarters are detailed with a gridded green nylon material. The heel counter features green suede to add more contrast and branding details are complete in white at the Swooshes, tongue and heel tab.
