 Powered Ground-Effect Vehicle Concept The Skimmer is like a small jet-ski that runs in the water and can be flown over sea, rivers and lakes, maneuvered moderately by handlebars and partly by stirring one’s body weight, like you ride a motorbike. It has a maximum speed of 100 km/h and maximum flying height is 1.5 metres. Roel Verhagen its designer considers the Skimmer concept as a participant in the 2005 Braun Prize.
