It's not often that an artist is able to fully support themselves financially with their artwork alone, but in the case of Stephen Fitz-Gerald's incredible creations, it isn't hard to see how he manages to do just that.
As an extremely talented artist equally capable of producing masterpieces in a variety of different mediums, such as the written word, photography, architectural design and sculpting, Stephen Fitz-Gerald is a veritable jack-of-all-trades.
Where he really shines, however, is in this collection of steel creatures.
Through the use of masterfully manipulated steel and stainless steel, Stephen Fitz-Gerald is able to create sculptures that bring the wild kingdom to life in an unprecedented way. His eagle head is particularly impressive, although each creation also captures a mystery and beauty all its own.
