The Orbis Apartments by ARM Architecture feature a design never before seen. The apartment complex challenges traditional design ideals, choosing to embrace unconventional architectural concepts.

Built by the Arno Corporation, this spectacular structure is located in the heart of Melbourne, Australia, resembling something seen in a sci-fi film. The building is seven stories high and is expected to be completed by 2014. From its mesmerizing facade to its space-age interior, the distinctive architecture piece is also adjacent to Albert Park Lake allowing its inhabitants access to the nearby public parkland.

Inspired by the philosophies of the famed Viennese architect Adolf Loos, the Orbis Apartments by ARM Architecture features a striking design that marries form along with a strong sense of purpose. Stats for Multi-Faceted Sci-Fi Structures Trending: Older & Mild
