'Fixed Fashion' by Emma Lundgren Channels Fixed-Gear Bikers

Fixed-gear bicyclists play by their own rules, and ‘Fixed Fashion’ by Emma Lundgren is a couture collection inspired by these cyclists. With its gear-shaped appliques that remind the viewer of giant LEGO flowers, this collection is filled with whimsical oversized embellishments. Check out the hat in the first image, for example.

The rest of the featured images all show off models with fashionable headgear that is clearly inspired by bike helmets. Bike gears are also a very noticeable embellishment that can be seen on both the clothing and the hats. Emma Lundgren explains that her collection is a response to London fixed gear bikers who want to wear items that let their personalities shine through.
