“It was an adorable little outfit,” Kirstie Arnold told a reporter. She was describing the outfit that a Kentucky judge called “hot pants” and said was inappropriate for the courtroom.

Warned twice before to dress with more “tact” and even fined, Arnold showed up for a hearing in her “adorable” little outfit.

The judge was a she, BTW, Janet Booth. This video just cries out for parody.
