DC and Marvel crossovers sound like a great idea, but past executions of this idea have proven disastrous.

Artist Eric Guzman's DC and Marvel mashup showcases the blending of the characters of these two comic book worlds in a fashion that's not an eye sore. Guzman combined the costume motifs of two characters from separate comic book franchises and infused them together to create interesting new characters that look like original characters. Spider-Bat, Ms. Wonder and Poison Scorpion are just some of the amazing character designs from Guzman's DC and Marvel mashup. Great detail went to in pairing the characters, because the backlash from comic book fans is rather severe -- no one wants to see another Wolverine/Batman hybrid.
