Rodderham City Tower by Monolab is a Green Status Statement

As both a status statement and an eco-statement, Monolab Design Firm in Amsterdam has created the Rodderham City Tower for the Maas Harbour in the city.

The tower will stand at 450 meters tall and connect to the land by walkways which also lead to a parking lot. The building saves a considerable amount of space by featuring all elevators and stairways on the outside of the building (enclosed, of course).

The main feature of the tower is the photovoll glass that will capture sunlight and use it to power the entire structure. A remarkable sight with remarkable ability.
