When I look at the Eco-Wine Pavilion, I can't help but think of a porcupine. It's the shape, not the squiggles, in case you were wondering. The structure was actually inspired by grapevines growing over a trellis, which, upon further scrutiny, is a better comparison than my failed porcupine one.
Designed by eco-guru Michael Jantzen, the Eco-Wine Pavilion generates energy via wind power. As evident by its name, wine tasting will take place there as well as other special events.
