{SummaryTitle}

Even if the monitor and terminal of your PC have small footprints, computers have a way of consuming a great deal more space with their wires and peripherals. This desktop computer concept by Matthew Swift prioritizes for the work surface, combining both machine and table for a conveniently adaptable environment.

This project exists as a desktop computer in the literal sense as the touchscreen device withdraws and retracts back into the curved L carrel. The display can become totally flush with the writing surface so that the user can take advantage of the escritoire as a clutter-free furnishing for sorting documents, drafting and more. Two or more of this desktop computer concept can also be placed adjacent to form a node. The arrangement is ideal for networking the computers and for sharing information amongst peers and colleagues.
